Walk-in interviews for applicants shortlisted will be conducted at the Jobs & Skills Discovery Fest held at Bedok Town Square from 25 May May 2024, 10 AM - 8 PM- Accountable for sales target- Facilitate all Marketing / Promotional activities.- Training and Grooming of Staff to adhere the standards in customer service and operational procedures.- Chalk out/Improve operational systems, processes and practices that guarantee organizational well-being.- Goal setting - Recruit, supervise and appraise team members.
Store Related:
- Responsible for the stores under you or any other stores when duly notified by the senior management
- Responsible for the store operations and lead the team to achieve high operational and productivity
- Lead the store management and floor staff to achieve the sales budget/target
- Mentor and train senior team members via transfer of knowledge and best practices to deliver a highly dedicated store management team
- Responsible and accountable for the commercial and profitability aspects of the stores under your care.
- Emphasize and work closely with Store and Operation Managers to deliver a team that is constantly delivering high standards of service
- Work closely with the training team to identify training needs for the team
- Communicate to the team and encourage free flow of feedback and ideas
- Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
- Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
