We are looking for an individual with positive and outgoing personality who are willing to take up our Accounts and Admin Assistant position.
Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
• Reports directly to Group Financial Controller and Accountant
• Perform various accounting responsibilities related to AP, including keying in suppliers invoice, preparing payment vouchers and processing payments
• Perform various accounting responsibilities related to AR, including keying in customer invoice and processing receipts
• Prepares intercompany billings
• Perform data entry
• Provides weekly cashflow balances
• Maintain proper filling and documentation
• Provide admin supports
• Liaise with Company Secretary and auditor
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
• Minimum diploma in accounting, finance major or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of accounting or finance working experience.
• Proficient in Moneyworks accounting software, Numbers and Microsoft Office.
• Meticulous, Willing to learn, highly responsible, organized and able to multi-task and work independently.
• Successful applicant is expected to work either 3 half-days or 2 full days.
