Job Description

Here at Kobashi, we are going with an open kitchen concept cafe. Individuals must be well versed with the menu and are able to interact comfortably with customers. Also, we are a team of passionate people that love to R&D and create new products. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join and expand our team The individual has to be proactive in giving and receiving constructive feedback and are able to work independently.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare the daily mise-en-place and food productions
  • Execute and maintain standard recipes, cooking techniques and presentation
  • High standards of sanitisation, cleanliness and safety throughout all kitchen areas at all times.
  • Perform stock taking, stock control and stock ordering
  • Perform any other tasks assigned

Requirements

  • Min 1 year experience or fresh grads from culinary schools are welcome
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work independently

Job Schedule

  • Minimum 5 working days per week with 1 weekend included
