As a Change Manager, you will provide advisory on change management approach and strategy for complex changes, e.g. Cross-functional, multi-process and inter-organization changes.

If you were already in this Business Analyst - Organization Change Management role, here are some of the areas you would have been working :

Providing advisory on change management approach and strategy for complex changes, e.g.,
Leading the development of change management plan, identifying and managing change-related risks and issuesManaging stakeholder engagement and alignment activities.

Advanced OCM skills, including change planning, change readiness assessment, change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis and engagement, and communicationsGood active listening ability and feedback to the overall OCM lead for further actionGood communication skills, both verbal and in writing.
