Our client is a global biopharma player, currently looking to expand with their first-in-class oncology product in the region. They are seeking for their first sales headcount in the team, reporting directly to the BU Head for SEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to oncologists in the Singaporean market to promote pharmaceutical products effectively.
- Identify and engage with potential KOLs within the oncology field to build strong professional relationships.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Provide insights and feedback from the field to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote products and build networks.
Key Requirements:
- Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in science-related degree
- Minimum 3 years of solid pharma sales track record in Singapore across any Therapeutic Areas
- Candidates with prior mixed experience in both public & private sector will be advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities to influence key stakeholders.
