Job description
Responsibilities
•Managing of incoming and outing going calls
and emails
•Handles customer enquiries or appointments
promptly through phone, email or message
•Assists with customers' requests
•Liaise with counterparts / business partners
on stock management
•Perform admin duties including data entry,
filing and achieving, basic accounting, book-keeping, receipt management and
basic journal entries
•Attend to customers at the workshop to build
long-term relationship and provide excellent customer services
•Maintain proper filing and disposal of
confidential documents
•Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
•Good organizational and communication skills
with sense of commitment and responsibility
•Well-versed with Microsoft Office Suite
•Good telephone etiquette and communication
skills
•Must be able to speak good English and
Mandarin. An additional language in dialect or Malay will be an advantage
•Must be able to work in fast paced
environment and have the ability to resolve any hurdles efficiently
•Must have a valid Class 3 Driver's License
•Must be flexible to work on weekends as it is
a 5.5 days' work-week job
• Basic from $1800 - $2800
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
