Adecco is partnering with one of Asia\'s largest real estate groups, with a range of products in residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality and retail spaces.

Regional Marketing Manager (Sales & Leasing Group) | Leading Property Developer

The Opportunity Adecco is partnering with a famous leading property developer Opportunity to lead a structured marketing team and involve in regional marketing strategic planning Working Location: North The Talent A Degree in Marketing or equivalent 8-10 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in multinational companies or in the real estate industry. A flair for copywriting, an eye for creative layout and visualisation. Possess strong media buying knowledge and have experience working with media agencies, covering print, OOH, digital and social media channels. Well versed with digital (SEO/SEM/Programmatic/DCO) and social media platforms, and able to deliver robust leads acquisition campaigns with detailed tracking and optimisation to improve sales leads and conversion success. The Job Lead the Brand, Digital, and Campaign Marketing for Business Units under the Sales & Leasing Group (SLG). Conceptualize and implement marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and events to promote the properties for sales and lease - including residential, commercial, industrial and medical properties. Develop cohesive and distinctive marketing, advertising and communication materials for new project launches, property sales and leasing, tenant retention and engagement purposes. Competent in leading digital and social media campaigns, including evaluation of platforms in SG and Asia, including but not restricted to Hong Kong, China and Indonesia; covering planning, execution, optimization, and reporting. Conceptualise efficient, creative and results-driven media strategies, and work in close partnership with internal stakeholders, media and creative agencies to ensure success. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and activities, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Build strategic partnerships, soliciting co-beneficial, co-promotional relationships with external partners and aggregators sites. Cultivate and manage strong relationships with property agencies and their agents through regular communications and activities. Manage and track marketing budget. Manage day-to-day function of the department, providing supervision to staff and report directly to Head of Marketing.
