Description

TCPWave is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Director to lead sales efforts in Singapore. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the networking and cybersecurity domains. As a key member of our global sales team, the Senior Sales Director will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence in the Singapore region.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 10+ years of sales experience in the technology sector with at least 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role in Cybersecurity Solutions for enterprises.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
  • Deep understanding of networking protocols, cybersecurity challenges, and industry trends.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Prior experience working in the Singapore market and familiarity with local business practices and regulations is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the DNS, DHCP, IPAM, ADC, and WAF products in APAC markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including enterprise accounts, government agencies, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales tactics.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand TCPWave's customer base in the APAC region.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts and strategic partners, including channel development in the APAC region.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of TCPWave's products and services through proposals and presentations.
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Represent TCPWave at industry events, conferences, and networking events globally.
