The Job:

  • Input enquiry details into CMS to maintain updated prospective member records on a daily basis.
  • Update members' account services requests into CMS to maintain updated membership records on a daily basis.
  • Update members' payment record into CMS to reflect updated payment records on a daily basis.
  • Call prospective to close sales on a monthly basis.
  • Remind expiring members to renew membership on a monthly basis.
  • Replenishment of forms and brochures on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • Min. GCE 'N' levels
  • At least 2 years working experience in Customer Service/Membership services.
  • Service and people oriented with an interest to work in country club environment and a good team player.

Additional Information:

  • 5day work week (Mon to Fri)
Working Hours: 8:00am to 5.15pm / 8:30am to 5.45pm

  • Staff transport provided at Tanah Merah MRT station
