  • Drive projects for clients to improve overall business performance and drive growth
  • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for the business
  • Lead the orchestration of defining strategy, initiatives, and projects to get to an agreed future state of business with the client
  • Deliver capability building trainings to make the client's organization selfsufficient with a continuous improvement culture

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 15 years of experience in the FMCG or Pharma industry
  • Proven track record of success in business development, brand building, P&L management
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build and lead highperforming teams
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and implement process improvements (a minimum of Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma with associated handson experience will be ideal)
  • Experience in expanding business footprint and introducing new products and services
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to establish partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders
  • Experience in compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to manage P&L, overheads, and gross profits
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement operations
  • Ability to think strategically and make decisions with a "big picture" perspective
  • Strong ethics and integrity
  • Willingness to travel as required
