ROLE SUMMARY
This position entails overseeing all sales operations aspects, including pricing, planning, forecasting, incentives, analytics, lead flows, and SFDC. Within a rapidly expanding entity, you will play a key role in shaping sales strategy, customer segmentation, organizational structure, process enhancement, and business analytics. Your strong analytical abilities in data analysis will assist in making informed business decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage in a business advisory role, collaborating with various user groups like Senior Management, Sales & Business Unit management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Legal to deliver timely, precise, and practical business insights
- Monitor sales outcomes against individual targets, maintain and report sales compensation plans, track annual and monthly revenue, ad hoc reporting, renewal tracking, database upkeep, SFDC maintenance, and contract processing
- Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting procedures within the sales division. Proactively uphold high standards of quality, accuracy, and process uniformity in sales planning endeavors
- Aid in determining and supporting fair distribution of sales force quotas, ensuring optimal allocation of quotas across all sales channels and resources
- Timely assignment of all sales organization goals
- Identify opportunities for enhancing sales processes proactively. Work closely with sales management to examine sales process quality and prioritize improvement opportunities
- Team up with sales management to identify and rectify process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
- Supervise the accuracy and effective dissemination of sales reports, propose modifications to existing reports, or assist in developing new reporting tools as necessary
- Offer insights to senior leadership in designing and executing sales incentive compensation schemes
- Determine Sales training needs and execute strategies for the field team
- Establish peer support and robust internal company relationships with other key management personnel
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of Sales Operations experience with relevant roles and a BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Preferred but not obligatory)
- Displayed capability to work autonomously and guide or support others in executing intricate tasks
- Demonstrated proficiency in multitasking, managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, ever-evolving setting
- Capability to engage with and collaborate with senior management effectively
- Demonstrated talent in formulating clear action plans and driving processes with interconnected components
- Strong aptitude in analytical thinking, troubleshooting, decision-making, organization, time management, collaboration, and communication
- Ability to deliver top-notch work with meticulous attention to detail. Strong dedication to customer service
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SFDC (including SFDC dashboards creation)
