About Our Client
Our client is an exciting Asian-focused research and thought leadership platform that addresses the critical issues in ESG (in areas like stewardship and engagement).
In view of the ongoing expansion plan of the organisation across the region, they are looking to bring in a seasoned leader who can help build the backbone of the organisation to ensure that the company is ready for the next stage of growth.
Job Description
Reporting to the CEO, you will be acting as the "right hand person" to oversee the overall business operation to make sure that the company is well set to cater the ongoing growth of the organisation.
Apart from the back office function including finance, human resources, IT, compliance/risk, you will also be heavily involved in areas like fund-raising and program management while supporting the research/product development too.
In addition, you will also be the key focal point to work alongside with the CEO on future company expansion plan including new office setup, possible partnership/engagement opportunities and contribute to the corporate strategic planning as one of the key leadership members.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should ideally have strong local work experience in Singapore.
Prior operation/general management experience in start-up environment will be highly preferred. Finance and accounting background/knowledge is critical.
Prior industry background in non-profit or impact-driven organisation will be a great plus and appreciation about how investment ecosystem works in the lens of ESG (that ideally you should have demonstrated strong passion and interest).
