Perform shift duty for gas & electricity market operations.

  • Carry out and optimize realtime electricity bidding as well as routine gas nominations in accordance with the gas and electricity market rules.
  • Update management on upstream supply, market conditions, and daily trading operations.
  • Coordinate closely with power plant on plant dispatch and related matters.
  • Coordinately closely with different business functions to derive value within the Power & Renewable line of business.
  • Provide analytical support to business managers on commercial and regulatory matters.
  • Liaise and collaborate with regulators and industry stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Willing to work night trading hours (will be entitled to shift allowance)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in programming (VBA, Python) and/or statistical analysis a plus.
  • Good market knowledge on Singapore power industry will be advantegous.
  • Able to multitask and operate in a fastpaced environment.
  • Degree in Engineering / Business / Statistics.
