  • Preparing and analyzing the region's monthly and quarterly performance
  • Supporting the regional headquarter in analysis tasks of the countries' financial and operational reporting activities and ensure alignment of global/regional reporting standards in Accounting, Controlling and Treasury
  • Advise the region, countries and plants in their monthly closing and reporting processes and be a business partner to the local management teams
  • Preparation of financerelated information and presentations for the regional management team
  • Conducting administrative tasks related to office management
  • Carrying out projects related to finance on a regional level and rolling out projects to the countries
  • Preparing and checking of legal documents such as sales agreements or purchasing contracts
  • Be a point of contact for external stakeholders (e.g., external accountant, lawyers, tax consultants, banks)

What makes you great:

  • At least bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or similar
  • Up to 2 years of work experience in a financerelated function
  • Experience in an international manufacturing company is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Very good command of English language (oral and written)
  • Experience with ERP systems desirable
  • Ability to work independently and to prioritize in a fastmoving business environment.
  • Basic legal experience (reading/commenting contracts) is a plus.
