We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Finance Controller to join our team at Robert Walters (Singapore) Pte Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the operations of our finance department.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise books of accounts and audits of multiple group entities, working closely with Big4 auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage banking, budgets, MIS, and internal controls, ensuring seamless financial operations and risk management.
- Support the firm's portfolio companies in areas of finance, compliance, and other matters, providing expert guidance and advice.
- Manage all management fee calculations and water fall allocations, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Liaise with various teams within the firm, including investments, legal, compliance, and portfolio companies, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivables, ensuring adherence to policy, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Participate in finance department/company projects and initiatives, contributing to the growth and development of the firm.
- Chartered Accountant with at least 12-15 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent written and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with senior stakeholders across the firm.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and develop positive relationships internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, resource constraints, and key deadlines.
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, essential for this role.
