Job Description:
- Payroll Processing: Manage endtoend payroll processing for all contractors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process payroll on a regular schedule, including data input, validation, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and uptodate payroll records, including employee information, time and attendance records, and other relevant data.
- Generate payroll reports for analysis and auditing purposes.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with employees regarding payrollrelated inquiries and issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in payroll and HR operations.
- Work collaboratively with the team to implement best practices and streamline processes.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Demonstrate strong work ethics and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Proven experience in an operational role, preferably in a startup or rapidly growing company.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of childcare and client satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customercentric approach.
