Xaxis is looking for a Program Manager to join the APAC Regional Operational Excellence (OE) team for APAC.

The OE team works closely with all other teams within the Xaxis family from Engagement and Analytics to Data and Product.


With the rising complexity and diversification of our business, we need a Program Manager to assist us to organise and deliver on multiple workstreams, spanning across global, regional and our local teams.


This role will work across all seniority levels and business units to provide program management and change management support, from the creation of a business case through to the delivery of the desired outcome.

Business acumen and a commercial mind-set are essential to ensure that suitable outcomes are achieved across all projects, as is a strong drive and proactivity

Measures of success -

In three months:

  • Gain an in depth understanding of how Xaxis fits in the programmatic landscape
  • Undergo Xaxis Trading Induction training on the various Xaxis platforms and tools and have an understanding of how Xaxis operates
  • Understand the features and metrics used in programmatic buying, the structure of various tables and their linkages, as well as how to procure relevant data sets from DSPs
  • Up to speed with the Business Operations processes and initiatives in place for the region
  • Build rapport with local teams

In six months:

  • Independently work on aligned projects to achieve project milestones
  • Build a deep familiarity with our clients' businesses, strategies, and mediabuying goals
  • Assist in providing instructions for any technical questions related to new products / processes launching in local markets
  • Be confident to hold training sessions when needed
  • Develop relationships and earn trust with your own team as well as the local market teams
  • Support local markets' request to customize Business Operations platforms in use
  • Incorporate enhancements to Business Operations platforms in use
  • Continue to refine gaps/processes/tools to improve campaign performance and efficiency

In twelve months:

  • Be an integral part of the team and add value in all aspects assigned
  • Be a trusted advisor to both regional and local markets on Business Operations queries
  • Be motivated to always gain best practices from other regions, share good work in the region

Responsibilities of the role:

Programme Management

  • Structures and manages integrated, multitrack projects. Leads the development and tracking of integrated project plans.
  • Business case development
  • Perform due diligence throughout projects
  • Adapts and applies the approach to meet project and global objectives
  • Establishes and maintains project communications to each key audience.
  • Oversees the development of project deliverables
  • Establishes and maintains processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle
  • Identifies and manages project issues
  • Sets project quality and performance standards. Assesses and manages risk within, and across, multiple projects. Maintains project tracking and information systems

Business Support

  • Proactively identify areas where business processes can be improved with a view of maximizing effectiveness and efficiencies. These strategic opportunities and special projects may involve platforms and project management
  • Ongoing support of Sales Force and other Biz Ops process initiatives
  • Be a key POC for Xaxis Offshoring Initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Global Biz Ops team on to implement APAC wide solutions
  • Create and maintain workflow maps for all key processes across the business, ensuring that they are as streamlined as possible and use these to identify potential efficiency gains
  • Analyze monthly business data to understand growth drivers and identify operational challenges and areas for improvement
  • Design and develop operational dashboards for business lines and drive business driver analysis

  • Manage all business stakeholders to implement new technology and changes whilst supporting their needs
