Responsibilities:
- Facilitate guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth process.
- Manage daily records and maintain the property management system with high efficiency.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance operational flow.
- Address guest complaints and queries swiftly and effectively.
- Lead and guide a team of Front Office staff, adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Undertake additional duties as directed by the Duty Manager or Department Head.
Requirements:
- Academic qualification in Hotel or Tourism Management (A Levels, O Levels, Diploma).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Opera Property Management System is a plus.
- Availability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
