Title: Front Office Supervisor

Location: Central, Singapore

Onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Manage daily records and maintain the property management system with high efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance operational flow.
  • Address guest complaints and queries swiftly and effectively.
  • Lead and guide a team of Front Office staff, adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • Undertake additional duties as directed by the Duty Manager or Department Head.

Requirements:

  • Academic qualification in Hotel or Tourism Management (A Levels, O Levels, Diploma).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Opera Property Management System is a plus.
  • Availability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
