We are looking for a
Front Office Controller to join our team
As a
Front Office Controller , we rely on you to:
- Be the key contact point in Rooms controlling for the Front Office and to ensure proper recording and follow-up with guests and other departments
- Controlling and monitoring Rooms inventory with Front Office team and Housekeeping team on a daily basis
- Ensuring all Rooms are assigned effectively and smooth operations
- Assist all administrative duties in Front Office
- Update and prepare proper documents for filling
- Assist to supervising Front Office Associates
We are looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in being a hotelier

- Fully understands front office and room operations
- Must be detailfocused and guestoriented
- Has strong interpersonal skills
- Enjoys problemsolving with a cando attitude
