As an HR and Admin Assistant /Executive, your main responsibilities include managing various HR and administrative tasks, such as recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining employees, as well as overseeing employee benefits and payroll.


Specifically, your duties may include:

  • Employee training and development: You will need to develop and implement training programs for employees to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Employee benefits and compensation: You will manage employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation time, as well as compensation packages such as salary and bonuses.
  • Compliance: You will ensure that your company is in compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Employee relations: You will be responsible for managing employee relations, which includes handling employee grievances and resolving conflicts between employees.
  • Office administration: You will also be responsible for managing office administration tasks, such as managing the office budget, ordering office supplies, and organizing company events.


Overall, as an HR and Admin Assistant/Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring that your company runs smoothly and that its employees are happy and productive.
