HR & Admin Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the full onboarding and offboarding cycle
- Manage employee welfare and benefits programs
- Assist in the planning, organizing and executing employee engagement programs and initiatives including publicity and promotion of the programs
- Assist in the management of employee communication activities
- Assist and work closely with stakeholders in the day-to-day operations of the HR and Admin duties
- Perform any other HR & Admin duties, initiatives or projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Able to communicate with English and Mandarin speaking stakeholders
- Has excellent inter-personal, communication and organization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
