The Scope of your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following, which also includes participating in the growth of the Group's division locally and overseas.


1. Admin

  • General office admin, Office housekeeping and organization
  • Assist with office administrative matters
  • Supporting the Office Management with daily office operations
  • Data Entry & Updating Systems

2. HR Executive

  • Research and propose to the management on the latest pay scale and welfare benefits of the various positions in our organization
  • Create job advertisements for vacant positions within the company for posting via various job portals
  • Plan interview and selection procedures including phone screenings and facetoface interviews
  • Update employees in relation to policies, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employeerelations matters
  • Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization, and to improve employee experience
  • Administration of HR processes (eg. Leave tracking, payroll, MC etc,)
  • Ensure adherence to all regulations and applicable employment laws
  • In charge of team bonding
  • Any other duties as so decided by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Min 2 years doing HR and admin
  • Have experience in Talent Acquisition and implementing HR policies
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Independent and self motivated
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in technology firms
