Job Purpose

The Resource Director is an internal facing resource, ensuring the company and teams have the right mix and level of resources to fulfill client needs across GPJ Singapore.

The Resource Manager's main objective is to make sure the teams work efficiently, implementing to unblock resources, time, and provide an environment for success, and are responsible for the schedule management, resource allocation, utilization and capacity planning.

Key Responsibilities

The Resource Director will manage the workflow and allocations for client billed work for all departments (Strategy, Creative, Design & Integrated Production) The Resource Manager manages the provision of resources by identifying resourcing gaps through accurate data capturing and schedule management, using established tools and software applications Institute and deliver a traffic report to the Executive Leadership on regular basis, identifying gaps on utilization/realization Ensure the flow of communication remains clear and accurate across all streams and necessary parties Workbook management; data integrity, best practises and training solutions, and escalations Manage utilization and realisation of all teams, identifying risks and opportunities for strategic resourcing and recruitment efforts Innovate and evolve an efficient process to manage capacity planning supporting long-term strategic objectives Monitor accuracy and completeness of timesheets according to project budgets/ scope Monitor and ensure accuracy of Employee set ups in Workbook and ongoing maintenance of employee settings in collaboration with HR and Finance.

You know how to deliver in order to meet deadlines. You've already thought of the next step (or five) before being asked. You stay calm when there are changes to the plan and you're a veteran at going to "Plan B".

Your Background, Skills & Experience

8+ year in traffic management within an agency Experience with Workbook preferred Extensive knowledge and understanding of the marketing industry Technically minded with an aptitude for systems, processes and data management Experience in balancing workloads amongst a creative / project management group Excellent communication and people skills Collaborative, solutions-oriented attitude and skilled in conflict resolution Strong time management skills and attention to detail Can lead and run efficient status meetings
