Job Title: Event Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with team members to generate innovative event ideas.
  • Manage vendors by conducting research and communicating with partners.
  • Handle event logistics such as selecting venues, arranging catering, and organizing audio-visual setups.
  • Develop and maintain event schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
  • Offer on-site event assistance and resolve any unforeseen issues during the event.
  • Contribute to crafting proposals and designing materials for client presentations.
  • Support in maintaining event records and databases for future reference.
