Job Summary:


As the Head of Managed Services, you will assume a pivotal leadership role in shaping and overseeing the managed services division of our organization.

Your strategic vision and operational expertise will drive the delivery of exceptional managed services solutions to our clients, solidifying our position as a preferred partner.

You will lead a talented team, foster cross-functional collaboration, and spearhead the development of cutting-edge service offerings that cater to evolving market demands.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Set the direction and goals for the Managed Services division in alignment with the company's overall vision and objectives. Develop and execute strategies to expand service capabilities, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
  • Service Portfolio Development: Lead the development and enhancement of a comprehensive portfolio of managed services offerings, ensuring they meet industry standards and address emerging technological trends.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of highquality, tailored managed services solutions. Maintain regular communication to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Operational Excellence: Streamline operational processes, workflows, and performance metrics to ensure seamless service delivery. Implement best practices and maintain compliance with industry regulations and security standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a dynamic team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Encourage skill development and growth, ensuring the team's expertise aligns with industry demands.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the division's budget, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue generation.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competition, and emerging technologies related to managed services. Use insights to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Partnerships and Alliances: Collaborate with strategic partners, vendors, and industry stakeholders to expand service offerings, enhance capabilities, and explore joint business opportunities.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring proactive measures are in place to safeguard client interests and maintain service continuity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of expereince in a senior leadership role within Managed Services, preferably in a multinational System Integrator/Technology consulting environment.
  • Deep understanding of managed services delivery, IT operations, and service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, crossfunctional teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Proficient in strategic planning, financial management, and resource allocation.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience in managing large, diverse teams and fostering a collaborative work culture.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex business environments and adapt to changing market dynamics.
