Customer Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Manage customer quality and understand customer requirement.
- Handle customer complaints and quality related queries.
- Implement customer requirement, carry out product quality plan for all projects and ensure PQP effectiveness.
- Implement quality tools in production to support corrective and preventive actions and continual improvement.
- Part and line approval follow up (Qpackage).
Job Requirement:
- College degree of Science/Engineering or equivalent knowledge with more than 3 years' experience in quality control including more than 2 years' experience in customer quality management.
- At least 1 year quality engineer's experience in incoming, manufacturing and customer service.
- Familiar with quality tools and knowledge of IATF16949 standard, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and 5 Core Tools (PPAP/APQP/SPC/MSA/FMEA).
- Knowledge of six sigma is preferred.
- Well learning ability to understand customers' request.
- Good spoken and written English language skills.
