About the Job
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by offering crucial administrative and customer support. Your responsibilities will include sending samples, coordinating shipments, and informing customers. You will share monthly updates with distributors, manage travel plans, handle travel expenses, and oversee the dispatch of sample requests, prototypes, and commercial products. Additionally, you will address claims and complaints, create sales presentations, update the client database, and generate monthly reports. Your tasks will also involve presenting sales versus projection outcomes by preparing and sending sales tracking reports, as well as organizing customer visits and meetings.

About the Manager/Team
You will become part of a small, cooperative team that provides a supportive and educational workspace.

Skills and Experience Required

A degree in food technology or a related science field is a must, accompanied by at least 3 years of experience in a food ingredient setting. You should have a good grasp of commercial practices and Incoterms, meticulous attention to detail, and possess excellent teamwork skills. Proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective communication with Chinese clients, as well as a proactive attitude, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in relevant computer tools are crucial for this role.
