About the Role


We in the midst of a transformation to unleash the power of data and digital to engage and delight our consumers with world-class leading experiences across every physical and digital touchpoint.

We are excited to welcome an experienced CRM and Data Privacy strategist to our newly established APAC Hub.


The CRM and Data Privacy Lead will be responsible for supporting key brand teams within APAC in developing and delivering world-class personalized consumer experience and engagement strategies and plans deployed at scale through marketing automation.

The main focus of this role will be to accelerate the adoption of new personalized experiences within Diageo, leaning into brand, marketing and commercial teams to build capability to make it happen, and to build understanding of the value of CRM in delivering growth across all sales channels.

This role will also collaborate with Diageo Legal teams to ensure data privacy is upheld to the highest standards.

The CRM and Data Privacy Lead will also play a role in informing effective go-to-market strategies and plans for D2C, including strategies for acquisition, retention, and to increase revenue.

This role is part of the newly created APAC hub based in Singapore, which was chosen for its thriving innovation, social and start-up community, and ability to attract top talent and entrepreneurs.

The transformation requires experienced leaders to implement the new operating model.

Purpose of the Role


The purpose of the CRM and Data Privacy Lead is to work with brand teams within APAC to develop and implement world-class consumer relationship management (CRM) strategies powered by marketing automation that enhance consumer engagement and brand growth across all sales channels, as well as ensure data privacy regulations are upheld to the highest standards.

The CRM and Data Privacy Lead will also play a role in informing effective go-to-market strategies and plans for D2C, including strategies for acquisition, retention, and to increase revenue.


The key goal is to step-change our brands' and business's ability to create relevant and effective interactions with consumers across all touchpoints.

The CRM and Data Privacy Lead therefore also plays a critical role in educating and influencing key stakeholders on the importance of personalized experiences, how to create them joining up the data dots, as well as constantly demonstrating the value they bring to the business.
