Objective:

The Senior CRM Technical Consultant will gather, analyze, and formalize user's business requirements, assess feasibility, and manage project scope. This role involves serving as a technical developer and system administrator for Microsoft Dynamics system(s), focusing on development and maintenance of the platform. The ideal candidate will possess solid knowledge in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, integration development, reporting, dashboards, web resources, CRM solution file management, security model, and UI development.

Responsibilities:

Project Delivery:

- Gather, analyze, and formalize user's business requirements and processes, evaluate feasibility, and manage project scope.

- Prepare project documentation such as Requirement Specifications/Use Case Specifications, adhere to the project scope, update the requirement traceability matrix, and record out-of-scope issues.

- Develop technical design specifications and translate them into process/program specifications. Participate in design review sessions.

- Analyze process/program specifications, translate them into program codes, and ensure adherence to program guidelines and best practices.

- Review unit test package and test results, lead integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Test (UAT), and implementation activities.

- Investigate reported problems/errors, make amendments, and conduct testing for correct system operation.

- Prepare and maintain up-to-date system documentation.

- Analyze functional requirements, translate them into application design, and ensure code compliance with NCS security guidelines.

Teamwork:

- Lead and collaborate with team members to ensure design and program codes align with architecture and design standards.

- Work on requirements gathering, review and refine functional specifications with Business Analysts.

- Participate in peer reviews to enhance project quality.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in developing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE.

- Experience with Microsoft CRM SDK, PowerApps, PowerBI, Flow, SSIS, C#, Web Services, XML, SQL Server, ASP.NET, HTML, and JavaScript.

- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think creatively, and understanding of the SDLC and relational database concepts.

- Excellent time management, customer focus, and communication skills.

- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

- Willingness to travel as required.
