What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:

  • Be responsible for all Optical Network pre-sales for the APAC Asia South Market and works closely with the regional sales organization.
  • Own the P&L of the Optical business in the Asia South region, cocreates the Market strategy, drives the Optical strategy definition and implementation for APAC Asia South
  • Provide the expertise and business ownership to develop Optical business, provide presales and business development support
  • Be accountable to meet or exceed top line for order, intake and accountable for the revenue targets as well as profitability target.
  • Be responsible for Implementation of the Nokia global Optical business strategies in APAC Asia South region.

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • Strong, passionate and handson business leader, with the ability to span across business development, solutions development and delivery, sales/presales, service and support.
  • Oriented towards growth, while determination for results will be balanced by the capability to collaborate within a large matrix structure.
  • Have a background leading gotomarket into both existing (carrier/operator) and next generation customers and likewise, will be fluent in emerging network technologies.
  • Experienced in APAC market, expertise in the ICT industry and especially Optical Network Infrastructure related technologies.
  • Strong people management capability.
