Corporate Secretariat Executive

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our organization's corporate governance and compliance functions, as well as handling fund administration tasks.
We are looking for a hardworking, team-oriented individual who is willing to learn and grow.Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of corporate documents, including board meeting agendas, minutes, resolutions, and corporate records.
- Handle fund administration tasks such as maintaining accurate fund records, processing investor subscriptions and redemptions, and reconciling fund transactions.
- Stay updated on corporate governance regulations and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for both corporate governance and fund administration, including filing statutory forms and documents.
- Support the preparation and filing of annual reports, financial statements, and other required disclosures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth fund operations and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Min Diploma holder, business/accounting background preferred.
- Preferably familiar with corporate governance principles, fund industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to learn, be proactive, hardworking, and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
