Roles & Responsibilities

Position Objective:

  • To support Joint venture Manpower costing, billing administration and management of contracts
  • Timely and accurate processing and billing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing JV Manpower related costing and billing
  • Assist in project budgeting and monitoring
  • Ensure proper documentation of all records and claims be submitted and certified.
  • Processing of Monthly manpower related costing
  • Ensure Manpower related costing and billing accuracy
  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance on payroll and billing matters
  • Generate monthly manpowerrelated costing and billing reports
  • Pay and bill reconciliation
  • Check and verify manpowerrelated invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Attend to enquiries from JV regarding all costing and billing matters
  • Other adhoc HR administrative and support for other HR Function

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma holder in Quantity Surveying, Accounts or Finance with experience in handling Labour claim or labour costs calculation
  • Looking to shift career path to HRrelated work
  • At least 1 to 2 years of work experience in a similar payroll and billing capacity preferably with another staffing/ recruitment firm
  • Proficiency in MS Office Software with MS Excel vlookup/pivot knowledge and any Payroll Software (Timesoft will be a plus)
  • Good knowledge of statutory compliance in payroll, and MOM Employment Act
  • Able to handle high volume requirements, tight deadlines and perform under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
