What are we up to?:

Go City is seeking an Account Coordinator to assist our growing APAC team.

This department's focus is to sell Go City's multi attraction passes through third parties such as Online Travel Organizations, Hotel and Retail, Employee Benefits programs, Tour Operators and more.

The Account Coordinator supports the team with the day-to-day facilitation of trade relationships with external business partners and closely works with other Go City departments to ensure streamlined internal workflows.


What will you be responsible for /helping us to do?:

  • Serve as the point person to facilitate communication between the Commercial team and other members of the company.
  • Ensure the team's materials are organized by making sure collateral is updated and filed correctly, as well as keep contracts, pricing agreements and other documents organized.
  • Ensure the team is aware of important communication and assist in standardizing procedures for the team.
  • Assist in daily efforts to provide needed material to partners on an ongoing basis, such as brochures/ banners/ attraction passes and other product content info, also update the latest partner status on CRM system.
  • Handle FAM pass requests from partners and ensure that they received it and follow up on their experiences.
  • Assist partners with customer service, technology, operation, accounting issues and facilitate communication between our customer service team and theirs to come to a solution for the mutual customer.
  • Assist with the onboarding of partners including partner portal training, drafting contracts and price lists, set up of partners utilizing our digital pass on existing portal, ensuring proper credit and bank information, reviewing product pages where necessary and assisting colleagues where needed.
  • Ongoing review of partner websites to ensure accuracy, optimized contents, competitive pricing and best placement.
  • Ensure systems are updated and proactively consider/suggest what is required to Salesforce. Any other administrative work or projects requested by Management.
  • Assist in preparation of trade shows and events including initial registration and set up, assist in event planning, ensuring design and implementation of needed material, shipping of collateral and possible assistance at the trade show.
  • Manage the upload of products and pricing on selfserving systems of key partners.

  • Bachelor's degree and at least two years of professional experience
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Must be professional, well organized, well written, wellspoken and a selfstarter.
  • Must be highly responsible, organized, and reliable.
  • This role requires someone who is comfortable with and successful at working independently.
  • Bilingual (English and Mandarin Chinese)

  • Experience with Salesforce, Sharepoint would be a plus.
