Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales activities and liaise with customers
  • Maintain and update the customer database
  • Generate and prepare sales reports
  • Assist with account receivable and payable tasks
  • Perform general accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliations
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes and place orders
  • Support other administrative tasks as assigned

Part time:
Mon, Weds & Fri

Working hours: 9am-6pm

Salary:
SGD$1400

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accountancy or professional qualification equivalent, with at least 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
  • Fresh grads with right attitude welcome to apply.
  • Organized, analytical, and able to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Team player, ability to adapt and assume ownership of tasks and responsibilities, flexible with a "can do" attitude.
  • Proficiency in English coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
