Sales Coordinator Admin Accounts Assistant

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales activities and liaise with customers
- Maintain and update the customer database
- Generate and prepare sales reports
- Assist with account receivable and payable tasks
- Perform general accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliations
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes and place orders
- Support other administrative tasks as assigned
Part time:
Mon, Weds & Fri
Working hours: 9am-6pm
Salary:
SGD$1400
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or professional qualification equivalent, with at least 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
- Fresh grads with right attitude welcome to apply.
- Organized, analytical, and able to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Team player, ability to adapt and assume ownership of tasks and responsibilities, flexible with a "can do" attitude.
- Proficiency in English coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
