We are looking for a
Sales Admin Coordinator to manage the day-to-day sales and admin duties.

**Responsibilities: - To attend walk-in and telephone enquiries in a professional manner.

  • To explore and introduce different types of products & services and options that are available to walkin clients.
  • To perform general administrative and clerical duties.
  • To maintain and update customer records.
  • To handle client complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
  • To work closely with All Dept to manage projects as well as documentation and filing.
  • To ensure all sales orders are entered in a timely manner and to make sure sales orders are being processed.
  • Arrange delivery for both local and overseas orders and monitor the status of orders.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, or distributors for shipment arrangement Generate Sales Orders, Sales Contracts, Delivery Advice/Shipping Instructions, Delivery Orders, Invoices & Packing Lists.
  • Update and consolidate sales and management reports on a regular basis.
  • Handle admin and some basic HR matters.
**Requirements: - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications is required.

  • 13 years of working experience as a Sales Admin or Sales coordinator.
  • Min. Diploma qualification. A degree is an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous, proactive, and resourceful and possess a positive work attitude.
  • Able to multitask with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
