Roles & Responsibilities

As a Desktop Engineering Lead, your role involves overseeing the design, implementation, and management of desktop environments to ensure they are efficient, secure, and aligned with the organization's needs.

### Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement desktop engineering strategies that align with business objectives.

Plan and oversee desktop environment upgrades and migrations.

2. Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of desktop engineers.

Assign tasks, manage workloads, and ensure the team meets project deadlines.

3. System Design and Implementation:

Design and deploy desktop images and configurations.
