Responsibilities

  • Report to the Business Centre Branch and HQ.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and handle branch administration.
  • Attend to customer inquiries via calls, SMS, and Whatsapp messages.
  • Create and manage invoices for various branches.
  • Update customer data in the internal database.
  • Assist sales consultants in scheduling appointments.
  • Make outbound calls to secure appointments and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Keep customers informed about the latest updates and promotions.
  • Elicit and address customer needs and concerns over the phone.

Role Requirement

  • Candidates should have 'A' Levels or a Diploma and above.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in service industries like retail, healthcare, hospitality, airlines, spa & beauty, nursing, or allied health will be advantageous.
  • Students & Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin to interact with customers and demonstrate sales and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and IT.
  • Responsible team player with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth in aesthetics.
  • 5-day work week with alternate Saturdays.
