Your field of responsibility
Join us as a Resolution Manager, supporting the Resolution Team within the Strategic Risk Remediation Office (SRRO). In this exciting position, you contribute actively to how the bank delivers change.

As part of the Resolution Team, you will work with stakeholders who are leading changes initiatives across the entire group to help them mobilize new or deblock programs that are facing challenges in the execution phase.

Together with your team, you assess incoming engagement requests along the bank's strategic priorities and take on several engagements per year that can span across all dimensions of program management, e.g., governance definition, business case formulation and program planning.

You are encouraged to challenge the status quo of new and running initiatives, identify the root cause of challenges and come up with constructive resolution activities that will help the program to become successful.

The mandate of SRRO is to implement and execute a consistent strategic remediation framework across all regulatory commitments with a focus on group relevant themes, through governance, critical review and challenge, minimum standards, and prioritization.

You will be working both independently and within the team on our resolution engagements, which we deliver in an agile manner in collaboration with our stakeholders.

Your skills and experience


For this position we are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated person who can build and maintain positive working relationships within the team and with all types of partners.


Additionally, we are looking for:

  • 9+ years of professional experience in project management or product management in a large international financial services firm or financial services consulting
  • Outstanding knowledge of the banking operating model and industry and latest developments within these fields
  • Ideally, multiple years of experience of working in agile or hybrid environments
  • Ability to challenge the status quo paired with the ability to optimally communicate with senior management stakeholders
  • Proven skills in conflict management and guiding multiple stakeholders towards a common project goal
  • Proven ability to quickly see the big picture and be able to dig into issues' the root causes
  • Outstanding oversight and problemsolving capabilities (experience in Design Thinking is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
