Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences for staff members
  • Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
