Singapore IOT SPECIALIST RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. Full time

We are supporting a leading bank who is a looking for a mid-career level with background in IT Plannning & Admin.

This role will support a wide range of Administrative and Planning tasks to the Bank and/or IT related sections.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general expense budget planning
  • Plan and review operations effectiveness
  • Provide ideas to impove operational structure and processess
  • Promote general administrative process reengineering to streamline work process
  • Review and enhance budget control process periodically, and monitor monthly expense vs. budget
  • Perform daily processing for Order & Payment Form
  • Provide general administrative support, especially on the expense booking & payment matters proactively
  • Complete all regular reporting
  • Support Management, Section Heads and Managers on various administrative and coordination tasks (manage & control all contracts, transfer pricing matters, audit matters, BCP plan etc)
  • Coordinate ad hoc matters

Requirements:

  • At least a Degree in any field
  • At least 2 years of procurement/accounting/budgeting/business planning/business develoment/IT Planning experience (whichever applies)
  • Language proficiency in Japanese is additional advantage
  • Ability and willingness to act in accordance with the company's overall standards and goals, and make full use of one's own and the team's energy to contribute to the organization, as a member of General Affairs Team
  • Relations building with various stakeholders both internal and external parties
