Duties

  • Serve as technical liaison with the external developer and opensource communities.
  • Provide support, resources, and guidance to external developers using the tools or APIs of ParallelChain Mainnet.
  • Gather feedback from external developers and users to understand their needs, pain points, and preferences, then communicate the information to the engineering team to help improve tools and products.
  • On the marketing side, assist in creating communication strategies that resonate with the opensource community. Understand the language and preferences of external developers and ensure that the technical marketing materials and content are relevant and compelling.
  • Attend and help organise conferences, workshops, hackathons, and other events to grow the developer community for ParallelChain.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Marketing, Business, or related fields. An advanced degree is desirable.
  • At least two years of prior experience in developer relations, developer community management, or a related field.
  • Experience in participating in and organising events like conferences, hackathons, and developer meetups.
  • Strong networking skills to connect with developers, industry influencers, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
  • Basic marketing knowledge and the ability to speak confidently in public are valuable.
  • Team player.
