Roles & Responsibilities

Location: West (Includes transport allowance and convenient pick-up points)

A highly established manufacturing firm specialising in high-performance adhesives, is looking for an experienced Finance & Admin Manager

  • Lead and manage a team to ensure accurate maintenance of accounting system records and robust internal controls.
  • Oversee all finance and accounting operations to guarantee timely completion of monthly and year-end closings.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial and management reporting, including the consolidation of group financial statements.
  • Review and analyze the monthly financial performance of group entities, implementing process improvements as needed.
  • Prepare annual tax computations, corporate tax reports, and submissions.
  • Review and submit GST reports.
  • Coordinate the annual statutory audit process.
  • Manage the submission of annual returns for group entities.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and corporate secretarial agents.
  • Participate in stock takes and fixed assets counts.
  • Oversee the monthly payroll process, including salary reviews and bonus payments based on staff performance.
  • Ensure compliance and timely submission of monthly CPF and tax filings for all employees.
  • Communicate with various government and statutory boards regarding HR-related issues, including surveys, e-submissions, and employee statistics for government reporting.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including leading efforts to hire and onboard new employees and conducting new employee orientations.
  • Continuously review HR policies, procedures, and the company handbook to ensure alignment with labor legislation and future business needs.
  • Co-manage office premises maintenance, including agreements, leasing, and usage.
  • Perform any other HR/Admin tasks assigned by management.

Requirments:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting management, including hands-on experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
  • Proven experience in managing payroll processes, tax filings, and liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Strong Group Consolidation experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a finance and administrative team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders, including government agencies, auditors, and senior management.
