About the Opportunity
OKX is a leading digital asset exchange platform that enables users to trade cryptocurrencies. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Leader to join our team.

As a Senior Product Leader at OKX, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic direction and overseeing the product roadmap for our platform's promotional campaigns and tools.

Your main focus will be on leading a team of product managers, optimizing campaign performance, enhancing user experience, and delivering maximum value to our users.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the development of the product roadmap for platform campaign initiatives, such as promotional events and trading bonus, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder requirements.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including local market, design, engineering, and data analysis to conceptualize and execute effective campaign features and tools.
  • Conduct indepth data analysis to measure the impact of campaigns, test hypotheses, and derive actionable insights to drive product improvements.
  • Advocate for quality engineering solutions and scalable architectural designs, while considering localization needs and maintaining a high level of system performance.
  • Manage projects with efficient scope, timeline, and stakeholder coordination, prioritizing quick iterations and impactful results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and user feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

What We Look For In You:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the internet or ecommerce industry.
  • Experience in promotions/campaigns/operations platform related product
Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects with demonstrated stakeholder management skills.

  • Passionate about problemsolving and delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Selfmotivated, independent, and capable of taking ownership of projects.
  • Open to exploring new and innovative projects to drive product growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and present ideas effectively.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry, with a strong understanding of crypto trading and market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in different regions related to cryptocurrencies and promotional campaigns.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques, to derive insights and make datadriven decisions.
