beauty and personal care brand client is looking for an
Area Manager to join its regional office in
Singapore.


Reporting to the Head of Sales, this individual contributor position will directly manage the key accounts of the assigned countries/territories, driving and achieving brand and commercial excellence, and fostering trusted and valuable relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement differentiated market strategies to grow brand awareness/love, sellin, and sellout for the assigned countries
  • Manage strategic key accounts directly, provide excellent customer service and sales operations support to achieve the ambitious goals
  • Build sales and marketing plans with distributor partners to achieve strategic objectives
  • Ensure compliance of all promotions and marketing executions with the Brand image and guidelines
  • Assess and develop the capabilities of distributor partners and contribute to the strategic planning of partnerships
Key requirements

  • Over five years of experiences working in a distributor business model
  • Ideally coming from direct or closely related industries, eg beauty, cosmetics, personal care, alcohol, fashion
  • Thrives in single contributor role and being both handson/operational and strategic/influencing stakeholders
  • Excellent project management skills with proven ability to multitask and prioritise
  • High cultural sensitivity
Remuneration

  • Between S$85,000 and S$95,000 annual base, plus variable bonus
