We are currently seeking an
Assistant Manager , Guest Service to join our team at the service residence.

As the Assistant Manager, Guest Service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and providing a memorable experience for our residents.

As Guest Services Manager, you will have a comprehensive and authoritative knowledge of the entire Front Desk area. Assist to review standards according to operating procedures and provide support in preparing operational reports to the Management. Motivate, coach/mentor, and train front-of-the-house team members, set goals, and hold team members accountable. Provide feedback, rewards, and recognition to team members. Develop programs and initiatives to increase team engagement that is aligned with the service philosophy. Develop, implement, and monitor team member succession planning to ensure future bench strength. Oversee HR-related actions in accordance with rules and policies. Address all guest concerns and ensure follow-up is complete.

Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenue while maintaining high levels of guest expectations.

Supervise the activities and the service levels of the bell staff to ensure that the arrival, departures, and all other guest contact are conducted in an efficient and friendly manner.


You possess relevant professional qualifications in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or equivalent certification with a least 3 years of hospitality experience and a supervisory role.

All-rounded knowledge and experience in hotel management are essential. You are a proactive and driven person with strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Passionate about enhancing new knowledge and managing a team. Willingness to work shift hours.
