We are looking for a Kids Club team leader to manage the day-to-day operations in terms of executing play activities, assisting and interacting with guests to ensure a fun and safe guest experience.

HE/SHE to maintain the daily operation of buds by Shangri-La, Splash, and other family experience activities necessary, in accordance with the policies standards and guidelines.


Responsibilities:

  • To take an active part in greeting, service, telephone answering and general information giving to our guests in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelines established by Family Experience and Shangri-La International Management.
  • Attends to guest needs when it arises and inform the Manager on any guests issues
  • Executes the marketing, promotions and partnership events of the Family Experience
  • Supports Manager in preparing daily POS reports and attendance, incidents reports

Requirements:

  • Able to work weekends and public holidays
  • Rotating shift work

Disposition:

  • Love interacting with children
  • Minimum 2 year experience in Kids Club/Theme Park/Childcare Management
  • Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood or Basic Child Care.
  • First Aid For Infant and Childcare Personnel (CHFA)
