Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality family life education and counseling services to individuals and families. This includes developing and implementing educational materials, conducting workshops and sessions, and providing counseling and support to those in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement family life education programs and materials in accordance with MSF's service model.
  • Conduct family life education workshops and sessions for individuals and families.
  • Provide counseling and support to individuals and families facing various life challenges.
  • Collaborate with social work professionals and allied organizations to support clients.
  • Advocate for the importance of family life education and its impact on communities.
  • Stay updated on current trends and research in family life education and counseling.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, or related disciplines.
  • At least 4-5 years of social services experience, with MSF certification and experience in Family Life Education a plus.
  • Proficient in FFLC's marriage and parenting programs according to the prescribed MSF service model.
