2/7/202- Assist in engaging the community care providers to encourage participation in quality improvement initiatives

  • Conduct and facilitate workshops and meetings, including motivating and guiding the team through activities
  • Ensure proper documentation of workshops, meetings and collaboratives
  • Follow up and liaise with the project teams to monitor implementation of their projects, data collection and analysis
  • Support and assist with sectorwide events and platforms to build and sustain the quality improvement culture in the secto
  • Assist in planning the program for the 6monthly DON (Director Of Nursing) network sessions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as the Clinical Quality team's representative and provide inputs at divisional level

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 34 years of work experience
  • Working experience in a healthcare setting or relevant experience in project management and quality improvement would be an advantage
  • Meticulous and analytical with project management and time management skills
  • Proactive and selfmotivated, with the ability to adapt well to a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
