Job Type: - OtherThe Quality & Productivity Division drives efforts to uplift the quality of care and promote a culture of continuous improvement in the Community Care sector.
Within the Quality Improvement unit, the job incumbent will work with a cross - functional team using lean management and design thinking experience to lead and facilitate quality improvement projects in the Community Care Sector.
The job scope covers the following:
- Drive and deliver the assigned improvement projects, within schedule and with endorsement from community care providers
- Engage community care providers to encourage participation in quality improvement initiatives
- Plan the schedule and assist in scoping of projects and collaborative
- Conduct and facilitate Clinical Quality Improvement (CQI)/Quality Improvement(QI) workshops and ensure proper documentation of workshops, meetings and collaborative
- Follow up and liaise with the project teams to monitor implementation of their projects, data collection and analysis
- Act as a resource person to provide guidance and link up with appropriate Subject Matter Experts as applicable
- Assimilate results to derive quality deliverables for each project phase as agreed upon by stakeholders and communicate results effectively for buyin
- Conduct initial project scoping and ground sensing via observations, focus groups or interviews from customers' lenses
- Codevelop innovative solutions with the Sector, using basic design thinking principles where relevant
- Work closely with AIC divisions to ensure synergy with other sector enablement strategies (e.g., manpower, digitalization) to achieve the sector goals
- Review and support new initiatives to address emerging needs
- Support and assist with sectorwide events and platforms to build and sustain the quality improvement culture in the sector
Job Requirements:
- Degree with at least 68 years of working experience, preferably with oneyear Service design
- Business process reengineering using a structured methodology.
- Experience in quality improvement including LEAN, Design Thinking, Model for Improvement, Plan-DoStudy-Act approaches and tools
- Strong analytical and conceptualization with problemsolving skills
- Resourceful and selfmotivated starter and team player
- Effective communicator, both oral and written
- Experience in managing projects related to process or quality improvement would be preferred
- Resourceful, selfmotivated starter, team player and effective communicator
- Knowledge of computer database and basic statistics would be an advantage
