Roles & Responsibilities

1. You will be responsible for the overall budgets, daily operations and fully understanding of transmission work & electrical work for the Singapore office.

2. You will formulate business strategy, strategic leadership for the business development, operations and project management in Singapore and support regional business bid across Asia.

3. You will be supported by both Singapore and regional office for all build tender bids which includes design, costing and project management.

4. Build relationships with clients, government, community and organization that may potentially have commercial interest in Singapore.

5. To drive constant improvement programs in operations to maintain competitiveness in the market.

6. To share thorough knowledge of construction industry, structure, trends, and issues to ensure full discovery and understanding of customer's primary goals, operations, challenges and requirements.

7. Identifying and establishing business with cable works, especially strong technical skills of electric market in Singapore.

8. Review customer specifications and assist in formulating & communicating the commercial strategy to best address customer needs.

9. Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations and providing pre-sales and post-sales support.

10. Work in R&D on the development of new products. This role will take ownership of the electrical aspects for new and existing products.

Valued but not required skills and experience:

  • Internship or work experience in performing power analysis, preferably within the power industry
  • Experience performing transient analysis of power systems.
